Cindy Latos

Cindy Latos was born and raised in Ottumwa where she graduated from Ottumwa High School and from there received her degree from Arizona State. After living in Hawaii for a few years, Cindy returned to make Ottumwa her permanent home with her husband, Ted and her dog, Windsor. She has practiced real estate for the past 17 years. Cindy acquired her love of homes, especially older ones, from her Dad, Wayne Holder. Wayne was a master craftsman until he passed away at 101 years old. Cindy often worked in his shop, restoring antiques, building cabinets, trim, staining and creating anything and everything from wood. Having building knowledge was a great foundation for her real estate career. Her other specialty is wine. She has an extensive knowledge and often helps businesses with wine tasting events. In the future, she hopes to spend more time in Florida with the love of her life, Windsor.
