Caitie lives in Oskaloosa with her husband and daughter. Interestingly enough, her first real estate transaction was the purchase of her own home; While shadowing Jason she toured a beautiful home that she knew had to be hers, 5 weeks later she and her husband were making it their own!
Caitie and her husband own and run a small business here in Oskaloosa called Ground Pro. Caitie and her husband, Travis, love the Oskaloosa community and look forward to raising their daughter, Hannah, in the Oskaloosa school system. Caitie graduated high school in Oskaloosa, moved away to attend college at UNI, met Travis, got married and eventually moved back to Osky. If you were to ask Caitie what her favorite hobby is she would tell you ‘home, home is my hobby’. Have you heard her say this? It is usually followed by her telling you her latest design idea or decor find. Caitie loves hosting at her home, decorating her home, having family members visit her home, and spending time enjoying her home.
She and her husband each manage their own careers; Travis with the lawn care business and Caitie works her real estate business. This has been a perfect fit for the both of them as it directly reflects each of them personally. In their free time Travis loves to work outside and fish, Caitie enjoys relaxing at home or having girls days with her mom and sisters. They enjoy biking on the trails in town, and running their dogs, Finley & Riley, at the dog park. They also enjoy attending sporting events in Oskaloosa, and are proud of all that Osky has to offer academically and athletically. One of Caitie’s favorite things about Oskaloosa is how family focused public events are, especially on the city square. She also appreciates how relatively close it is to Des Moines or Iowa City, and how kind and generous small town Iowa can be. Caitie is proud of how kind and helpful the people of Oskaloosa can be, and how many opportunities the community offers for families to get connected. Caitie enjoys her home and life in Oskaloosa, and wants you to love your home as much as she does!
